Pre-heat oven or toaster oven to 250c (480F). In a medium size bowl put 1 tablespoon oat meal flakes, 9 tablespoons whole wheat flour, half a teaspoon baking soda, 1-2 pinch salt. Mix ingredients with water to a very soft consistency (similar to a cake mix consistency). Oil a baking pan, about 27 x 19 cm (10.5 x 7.5 inch). Spread mix in oiled pan and bake 25-30 minutes. Let cool in oven with open oven door until bread is ready to serve. Good for 8 servings. Bon appétit!
